Delivery Area & Timing: Most delivery within Malaysia and Singapore, with Peninsula Malaysia typically taking 5–7 working days and Sabah/Sarawak 8–10 working days.

Shipping Costs: Calculated based on parcel weight (max 60kg) and size, with surcharges for items exceeding limits.

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to incorrect addresses or unavailability, re-shipping fees may apply. Perishables may not be refundable if the first delivery attempt fails.

Damaged Shipments: Customers must report damaged items, usually within 24 hours with supporting documentation, to be eligible for claims.
